Floating Floor and Parquet Prices in Burgos
These ranges are indicative. Every job is different: the condition of the base, whether an old floor has to be removed, whether the space is occupied or whether the wood needs time to acclimatise all change the price. The only way to give you an exact price is to visit the space.

Frequently asked questions about prices
How much does a cheap floating floor cost installed in Burgos?
An economical floating floor (AC4 or AC5 laminate) usually runs between 18 and 34 euros per m² with material and installation, depending on the class chosen, the condition of the base and the finishing. What makes a cheap floor expensive is a poor installation, which is why it pays to see the home before giving a fixed price.
Do you install flooring bought at Leroy Merlin, Brico Depot, Obramat or Bricocentro?
Yes. You can buy the flooring, parquet or vinyl floor wherever you prefer and we install it. If you send us the reference before buying, we confirm it is suitable and how many metres you need, with the usual margin for cuts.
Why do you not give an exact price without seeing the job?
Because there are too many variables that change the cost of installing a floor: the condition of the base, whether an old floor has to be removed, whether the slab needs levelling, the exact area, or whether there is moisture. Quoting without seeing the space usually leads to surprises at the end. We prefer to make a free visit and give you an exact written quote.
Do the visit and the quote cost anything?
No. The prior visit and the quote are completely free and with no obligation. If the quote does not convince you, there is no commitment.
How long does the visit take and when do I get the quote?
The visit usually lasts between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the size of the job. We deliver the written quote within 24 hours of the visit.
Do the prices include VAT?
The price ranges on this page are indicative and exclude VAT. The formal quote always states the price with and without VAT clearly.
What happens if unexpected work appears during the job?
If during the work we find something that can change the price (hidden moisture under the floor, a significant unevenness in the slab or more damaged area than expected), we tell you before continuing. We never add costs at the end without warning you first.
Can I pay for the work in instalments?
For larger jobs we can discuss paying in several instalments tied to the progress of the work. Mention it at the visit or when you receive the quote so we can find the best way to pay together.
