Flooring and Parquet Brands We Work With

We do not work with a single brand: we choose the manufacturer and the reference according to the real use of each room, the budget and whether there is underfloor heating. These are some of the brands we usually work with in Burgos.

Laminate and engineered flooring

A wide range of AC4/AC5 laminates with their own locking system and finishes that imitate natural wood with a lot of grain detail.

Best for: Homes looking for good value for money with plenty of finishes to choose from.

Premium engineered flooring

Kährs

A Swedish manufacturer specialised in high-end engineered flooring, with a natural wood top layer in several thicknesses.

Best for: High-end homes that want the look and feel of real wood with more stability than solid wood.

Laminate flooring

Pergo

A historic laminate brand, with very reliable locking systems and good scratch resistance.

Did you buy your flooring at Leroy Merlin, Brico Depot, Obramat or Bricocentro?

Many people choose floating floor or parquet at a big-box store for price and availability. We install wood, laminate, vinyl and SPC flooring bought at any store: what matters is that the material suits the room and that the installation is done well.

Leroy Merlin

A wide variety of laminate flooring, engineered parquet and vinyl floors. If you buy there, we check the reference before you place the order.

Brico Depot

Economical floating floor options and entry-level vinyl floors. We help you tell which range will stand up to the use you have in mind.

Obramat (formerly Bricomart)

Many laminate and SPC references priced per m². We check use class, thickness and locking system before you buy.

Bricocentro

Floating floor and accessories (skirting, profiles, underlay). We calculate the exact quantities so you do not end up with too much or too little material.

Leroy Merlin, Brico Depot, Obramat and Bricocentro are brands of their respective owners; we have no commercial relationship with them.

Frequently asked questions

Do you install floating floor bought at Leroy Merlin, Brico Depot, Obramat or Bricocentro?

Yes. You can buy the material wherever you prefer and we take care of the installation in Burgos and its province. Ideally you send us the reference before buying so we can confirm it suits your room, and that way we avoid surprises.

Which use class (AC3, AC4, AC5) should I choose for my floating floor?

AC3 is enough for little-used bedrooms, AC4 is the usual choice for living rooms, hallways and most homes, and AC5 or AC6 is recommended for busy areas, businesses and communities. The class is only part of it: thickness, the locking system and the type of underlay also count.

How much material should I buy so I do not run short?

Measure the area and add 5 % to 10 % for cuts and waste, a bit more if there are many openings or the floor runs diagonally. If you prefer, we measure at the prior visit and tell you the exact amount.

Is it better to buy cheap floating floor or pay a bit more?

An economical floor can be a good option in little-used rooms, as long as it has a suitable use class and is installed over a levelled base with a good underlay. A cheap floor badly installed ends up creaking and costing more: the installation weighs as much as the material.

How do we choose the right brand for your floor?

We do not always recommend the same brand or product: during the visit we assess the real traffic in each room, whether there is moisture, whether the floor has underfloor heating and the available budget, and from there we propose 2-3 specific options with their use class (AC3, AC4, AC5, AC6) and their price per m².

If you already have a brand or reference in mind because you saw it at Leroy Merlin, Obramat, Brico Depot or on the manufacturer’s website, tell us at the visit: we can work with material you bring or order it ourselves from the distributor.
